DCA Releases VoIP Billing Solutions

OKLAHOMA CITY (Nov. 17, 2004) — DCA Services, Inc., today announced the release of its Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) billing solutions. The company recently signed an agreement to provide its billing, customer care and OSS outsourcing solutions to a West Coast telecommunications company. These services include staff to handle local and long distance provisioning tasks.
