Vinculum Selects DCA Services to Support New Market Growth

Vinculum Communications, Inc., (Vincomm), a leading provider of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), delivering reliable, cost-effective, integrated voice and data services to small and medium businesses, has signed an agreement with DCA Services, Inc. for back office solutions to support its market expansion into South America.

In the agreement, DCA will provide online order entry, rating and billing, online bill presentation and online customer support for customers in Brazil. All online services will be provided in Portuguese, and invoices and online transactions will be calculated in the local currency, the Real.
