DCA Services signs Hosted Services Agreement with Concretio
(Oklahoma City – Nov. 7, 2008) Concretio, Inc. and DCA Services, Inc. today announced that the companies have entered into a Hosted Services Agreement. The agreement enhances DCA’s back office services by integrating with Concretio’s systems for a complete, turnkey solution for competitive local exchange carriers, from account creation and provisioning through billing, print and mail, and customer care.

DCA will use Concretio’s TRS® On Demand provisioning solution to help CLECs perform local pre-order and ordering functions needed to acquire new customers, and manage existing customers quickly and efficiently.
