DCA Services Enables Start-up’s Quick Launch
A well-funded telecom start-up with a short window of opportunity and tight revenue deadlines wanted to get to market quickly, without the hassles of creating an entire back office operation to support its sales all with customized service. Although projected to launch with services later in 2017, they had to move up their launch dates to quickly seize the opportunity.
The Company had looked into some software systems that had good order entry, some that offered billing, and a few with good customer care, and others that worked well with product catalogs. Shortly after the initial request, they were introduced to DCA’s Integrated Viewer which gave them a complete, virtual back office operation including customer care, ticketing, payment integrations, billing and taxing, and end user portals customized and branded for the Company’s launch.
